– Traditional dentures can be produced after final impressions and jaw relation recording with JB tray
– Digital dentures can be produced using intra-oral or model scanner (2-visits denture is also possible)
– Occlusal plane, locational information of upper lip and maxillary anterior teeth can be transmitted to the dental technician using POP BOW system together.


Digital/Analog solution
– Traditional dentures can be produced after final impressions and jaw relation recording with JB tray
– Digital dentures can be produced using intra-oral or model scanner (2-visits denture is also possible)

70°C-75°C temperature is standard, it takes about 1 minute

2. Border molding & shaping of tray
working time is over 2 min, and if necessary, you can repeat this procedure

3. Apply tray adhesive and impression material for final impression

POP bow can be attached on tray handle, or handle can be removed. *
*If the both jaws’ impression has to be taken at the same time, the handle can be removed for free movement of lips and facial feature evaluation.
