If I were to choose the most trendy field of implant therapy, I would not hesitate to choose the immediate loading. This is because it includes all algorithms to create provisional restorations, starting with the control of initial stability through bone density from implant placement.
Moreover, in the era of digital dentistry these days, these immediate loading mechanisms tend to be applied much more to the benefit of the operator.
The immediate loading can be divided into three main categories: firstly functional immediate loading of full mouth restoration and secondarily the functional loading of a partial non-esthetic situations and finally non-functional immediate loading in the esthetic area.
I’ve spent more than 30 years in implant field and research thinking about the best way to be a practitioner, and now I have some knowledge, so I’m going to share my little experience with you.
