0.5 mm Injection Needle
Easy to reach the apical 3 mm of the canal for better filling effect

01 & 02
01: Select an appropriate master gutta-percha cone according to the prepared root canal.
02: Select a suitable tip for the Obturation Pen. Insert the tip into the root canal and keep it 3–5 mm away from the apical foramen. Use a rubber stop to mark the working length. Meanwhile, select a plugger of the same size.

03 & 04
03: Coat the master cone with sealer and insert it into the root canal.
04: Insert the tip of the Obturation Pen into the root canal. Press the heating button to cut off the excess gutta-percha and take it out.
04: Insert the tip of the Obturation Pen into the root canal. Press the heating button to cut off the excess gutta-percha and take it out.

05 & 06
05: Insert the tip into the root canal and press the heating button. Advance the tip to soften the gutta-percha until it reaches a point 3–5 mm away from the apical foramen.
06: Release the heating button to stop heating, while keeping pressure on the gutta-percha in the canal with the tip for about 10 s.
06: Release the heating button to stop heating, while keeping pressure on the gutta-percha in the canal with the tip for about 10 s.

07 & 08
07: Press the heating button for about 1 s, then quickly take out the remaining gutta-percha 3–5 mm from the apical foramen.
08: Use a plugger to compact the gutta-percha in the root canal.
08: Use a plugger to compact the gutta-percha in the root canal.

09 & 10
09: Place the needle of the Obturation Gun onto the surface of the gutta-percha in the root canal and keep it there for about 3 s to soften the gutta-percha.
10: Inject heated gutta-percha into the root canal while gradually withdrawing the needle. Do not fill the root canal completely in a single injection. It is recommended to fill in three increments, and each injection should not exceed 4 mm.

11 & 12
11: Use a plugger to compact the injected gutta-percha in the root canal.
12: Repeat Steps 9–11 until the root canal is completely filled.
